The large comfortable bed in our room made for a great night's sleep, and the massage at the spa was top-notch! I also really enjoyed the unique sauna experience. A minor issue was the limited number of towels at the pool, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. 😊

New hotel, beautiful location, decent size room with a super comfy bed and a lovely bathroom that had a functional shower handset, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring just 15 minutes' stroll from the city center.

my stay at mgallery was really enjoyable. the deluxe room with the large bed was super comfortable. the location is perfect, right in the center of town. i appreciated the staff's dedication to service, especially how they made reservations for the spa, which, while a bit small, was well-organized. definitely a highlight was the cozy atmosphere!

Troyes has a lot of history, and this hotel is a cool place to stay. The staff was super friendly, and I loved the in-room breakfast. The bar was a bit cramped, and my drink ended up tasting kinda dull. Overall, it’s a neat experience but could use some tweaks.

Despite the luxurious surroundings, my stay was a nightmare. The room was supposed to be quiet, yet I was right above the bar, which buzzed with noise until dawn. After I complained, they moved me to a new room that had cleanliness issues, including a cockroach on the bed! The service was lackluster. it took ages to get a broken hairdryer replaced, making me late for dinner. How can a hotel with such high ratings get it so wrong?
